When you request a call, the form collects your name, phone number, preferred call time, city, and optionally your email and a message. This information is used only to contact you about your question. We do not ask for your Social Security number or run credit through this site, and we do not sell your information.

Form submissions are delivered to Jason Scott Gray (NMLS 118354), NEXA Lending, through our website hosting provider's form service. If you later apply for a loan, NEXA Lending's privacy notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act will apply to that application.
